WBE-2 Primer
Quick Overview
WBE-2 Primer is a clear or pigmented fast drying two-component aliphatic epoxy primer designed to promote excellent adhesion performance with no odor during interior application. It is available in hard or flexible formulations. It may be directly topcoated using many SuperSkinSystems coatings within a 48 hours period.
WBE-2 Primer may be used on many substrates such as steel, aluminium, fiberglass, concrete masonary and wood. It also may be formulated to include anti-corrosive properties for all oxidizing substrates. This special formulated primer may be applied to slightly damp surfaces. Full cure is achieved under normal conditions in 24 hours.

Technical Application Data
All Substrates must be fully cured and cleaned prior to any coating operation. The cleaning operation must not leave any residual detergents, acids or alkali cleaners. Concrete flooring should be prepared with shot blasting (SPCC min. 2), diamond grinding and/or machine sanding depending on the severity of the concrete surface condition. This Primer is mixed with a 1:1 ratio.
Thorough mixing must be performed using a hand drill jiffy mixer slowly as to not induce air into the liquid mixture until uniform color and texture is achieved. Apply WBE-2 Primer by roller, brush or air-less sprayer. Pot life working time at 75°F is max 8 hours. Recommended wet application film thickness as a primer should be 4-6 mils. Recommended wet application film thickness as a basecoat and topcoat be 8-10 mils. Coverage at 8 mils is 300 sq. ft. / mixed gal.
